In order for you to use our Services, we collect and process certain information, including personal information.

Depending on your use of the Services, the types of personal information that we collect, and process include:

Registration or Application data: When you sign up for our Services you are asked to provide us with information about your name, email, telephone number, login, and password details, in connection with the processes of setting up an account (getting a username and password) if you are signing up as student/parent. In addition to those information, If you are signing up as tutor/instructor you are asked to provide country of residence, Identification documents(Optional), certificate/s, Academic info and more. Such personal information of tutors/instructors will be viewable by the public or Authorized Users of the Site so that students can purchase tutors’ courses.

Payment Information: We collect certain payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services in order to facilitate payment of those Services. We do not store payment details nor do we share your payment information with third parties. We also collect payout information like Bank information or other financial information or other form of payout from tutors/ instructors so that we can pay them for theirs services. We do not share those information with any third parties. We do not store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit or debit card numbers, card authentication data.

Students: all students/parents are expected to pay to Aryan Learning for any courses/teachers they subscribe to. If the payment is made to the teacher/instructor or any other third party AR is not liable if the expected service is not provided or any incident/dispute arises.

Teacher: teacher/instructors are not supposed to take any direct payments from the students 

Communications: We collect information from you if you contact us for any purpose. The scope of the information that we collect will be based on your particular inquiry.

Service Provider and student’s information:

To best match the course service provider and students, we may share a student’s information to the service provider and vice versa.

Surveys: We may collect demographic data or other personal information in customer surveys, the results are anonymized or aggregated for analysis.

Security: We may use closed circuit television and other security measures at our properties that may capture or record images and sound of customers and guests in public areas where permitted by law. We also record our classes that may be shared to our students, be modified and shared on our website’s social media accounts.

Analytics: We collect information about the ways people visit and interact with our websites, in the form of cookies and traffic analytics.

Audio and Visual Information: We may record our customer service calls, content relating to our programs, and security footage of our properties, which may include your voice and/or image.

Social Media: Our websites may also contain plug-ins and other features that integrate third party social media platforms into our websites. You are able to click on such links. If you do so, the third parties who operate these platforms may be able to identify you, they may be able to determine how you use this website and they may link and store this information with your social media profile. Minor Children: Aryan Learning recognizes the privacy interests of minor children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's activities and interests. Minor children are not encouraged to provide any personal identifiable information on or through our websites other than by their parent or guardian.  Our Site does not collect or retain any personal information from children except as needed to facilitate tutoring for that student, who may be a minor.
