Aryan Learning Transfer & Cancellation Policy
Your registration applies to the specific course, dates, and location you have chosen. All payments are non-refundable but transferable to different course or sessions. If for some reason you cannot attend the course for which you registered, you may:
Transfer Your Registration
Transfers are available only when program tuition is paid in full. You may apply this payment to another course, tutor or person subject to the following guidelines:
Transferring to Another Course
You can transfer your registration one time to the same course on another date or to a different course or different tutor with these guidelines:
* The fee for each transfer will be $25. The transfer fee will be waived if the transfer is to an earlier date.
* Your request for a transfer needs to be made at least 14 days prior to the start date of the program for which you originally registered and will be granted subject to availability of the other course or/and date.
* You can transfer only into a course that occurs within three months from the start date of the program for which you originally registered.
* If you registered for a program with a discounted tuition, you may transfer one time and retain the discounted tuition rate.
Transferring to Another Person
You may request that your registration be transferred to another person by contacting Aryan Learning office. Transferring online to another person is not available.

Cancel Your Registration
All payments are non-refundable unless you cancel within 3 business days starting from the day you register. To cancel you simply must contact Aryan Learning office in writing. There will be $35 cancellation fee charged for processing.
If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints, or if we can be of assistance in any way, please contact your Aryan Learning office.
TRANSFERS: You may request to have any non-refundable portion of your tuition applied towards registering for another program within three months of the date of your original registration. Transfers are subject to approval and program availability.

Please read these Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy carefully before using our website, aryanlearning.com ("our Site" or the "Site"). By using our Site, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and you agree to follow them. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, we advise you to not use this Site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. We may notify you by posting a notice on our Site and/or sending an email to our users who have registered and paid for a course or created an account. "You", "your", "User" and "User of this Site" shall mean any individual accessing the Website or the Service for his/her own personal purposes, on behalf of an entity or other person, for Tutors and/ or Students. These Terms of Use apply only to the use of our Site and the content made available through our Site. If you do not comply with the Agreement at any time, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the Website, or restrict your ability to post or download Content, which may include the ordering of products and Service.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

www.aryanlearning.com is a site operated by Aryan Learning, a dba of Aryan Group, Inc. We are registered in The State of New York, United States of America and have our registered office at 148 45 Hillside Ave, Suite 203, Jamaica, New York, 11435, USA.
Accessing Our Site
Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Site without notice. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Site to people using the Site who have registered for a course with us. You must treat all passwords as confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
Third Party Content or links
Our Site is a venue for content supplied by Aryan Learning, third parties and visitors to its Site. Aryan Learning has no specific control over such contents or links. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, representations, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, or any other User of this Site, are those of the respective parties and not necessarily those of Aryan Learning. You agree that Aryan Learning shall not be responsible directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of any such third-party contents, goods, or Service available on or through any third-party website or resource.
Communication:
By using the Platform and providing your phone number and/or email on our website Platform, you agree and acknowledge that we may communicate with you via email, text messaging, text receipts, Short Messaging Service (“SMS”). We may communicate for any purpose, including marketing purposes, purposes related to Tutors and Students. You agree that these calls/communications may be regarding products and/or Service that we may market to you and that you are not obligated to receive such calls to purchase said products and/or Service. We will not charge you a fee for sending SMS text messages, but your Service provider may. You agree to pay any fee(s) or charges(s) that you may incur for incoming and outgoing text messages from or to Our Company or Company's assigns, successors, Servicers, or students/tutors, without reimbursement from Company or them. You agree that if you don’t want to receive such communications, you will notify us.
Termination
Your access to the Site will be subject to Aryan Learning’s authorization. Aryan Learning reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if you violate these Terms) or for no reason. While Aryan Learning’s preferred course of action is to advise you of your inappropriate behavior and recommend any necessary corrective action, Aryan Learning does not represent that it will, nor is it required to, either actively monitor such behavior or to provide such notice to you. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you shall stop to use or further access this Site and shall be liable for any unauthorized attempts to do so via any means.
Additional Terms and conditions for tutors/Instructors/ Question preparers/reviewers:
1. I understand that the questions I will be preparing may be required to be reviewed by Aryan Learning designated reviewer before accepting my prepared questions.
2. I understand if my question is accepted by Aryan Learning and I am paid for it, those questions will be considered Aryan Learning’s intellectual property, I will not claim any ownership of those questions/content anytime. Aryan Learning can reproduce, use, reuse, distribute those contents without my additional permission.
3. I understand if I prepare questions or any contents on Aryan Learning, I will ensure the correctness of those materials.
4. I will not be distributing, sharing, selling, or using any of these contents without written permission from Aryan Learning
5. I will not be using any content which may have copyrights issues. I will be liable for using any copyright material and Aryan learning will not be liable for it.
6. I will follow the core value of Aryan Learning (Integrity, Respect, Authenticity, Learning and Growth)
7. If I take live classes, I will be dressed in proper business/casual attire, will not expose my body parts that may cause distractions.
8. I will keep my camera on while taking live classes.
9. I will be prepared for the contents ahead of time that I will be teaching.
10. I will be joining the class at least 15 min before or any agreed upon time and will present a short demo to the meeting host/manager before the group class.
11. I will be available 15 min after the group classes to debrief to the host/manager
12. I will not encourage any students/parents (who came through Aryan Learning) to directly hire me instead of using Aryan Learning platform.
13. I will not get involved in any romantic relationship with any minor students.
14. I will not ask any personal or social media information (address, phone number, email, what's app, Facebook, etc) of the students or parents.
15. If I am hired for any group class/es, I will not be creating same/similar group class/es on Aryan learning platform until my commitment period is done
16. I agree to be in commitment of taking the group classes for at least 1 year once I am selected and trained for it.
17. Aryan Learning can record the live classes while I am teaching/tutoring/instructing and share or use those for their students and on their social media unless I option out.
18. If I don’t want my classes to be recorded and shared, I will contact directly and notify Aryan Learning written.
19. I understand if I break any of the terms and conditions, I will be subjected to monetary penalties paid to Aryan Learning.
20. I understand if any student/s/ parents make complain against me, I may need to show case or face any legal consequence based on my action.
21. I understand I will be required to show my identity if I take any in person classes or sessions.
22. I understand Aryan Learning has the right to remove any Submission I make on the Site in company’s sole discretion.
23. I understand that Aryan Learning will charge 15% as service/platform fee from my total income and that service fee may change at any time.
24. I understand the total net income I will receive is my total income minus the Platform service fee and minus any payout transaction fee if any.
24. I understand Aryan Learning terms and conditions may change at anytime.
Additional Terms and conditions for Students/Parents:
1. I agree that I am over 13 years old or a parent/guardian of a minor child who will be using the site and taking classes and creating the account for myself or for my minor student.
2. I agree that I will make sure the student takes the class from a proper quite environment and his/her camera is on during the live class.
3. I understand that some content/ question’s answers may be incorrect on Aryan Learning platform. If I observe such mistakes, I will communicate but will not take any legal action against Aryan Learning.
4. I will not encourage tutors/instructors to be hired by me directly instead of using Aryan Learning platform.
5. I will not make Aryan Learning liable of any misconduct, comments of tutors/instructor but I will communicate to Aryan Learning and I may take legal action against the individual tutor/instructor.
6. I understand that I can ask for individual tutor/instructor’s ID if I take in person classes/session.
7. I will ensure safety of myself or my minor if I take part in any activities outside of Aryan Learning facilities arranged by individual tutor/instructor who used Aryan Learning platform.
8. I understand that the scheduled classes may be rescheduled under certain situations.
Uploading Submissions to Our Site
Any Submission other than online resources that you upload to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such Submission for any purpose, and you hereby waive any moral rights and rights of integrity associated with such Submission. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any Submission posted or uploaded to our Site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other User of our Site.
We have the right to remove any Submission you make on our site at our sole discretion.
Indemnities
By using this Site, you agree to indemnify and defend Aryan Learning and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, Directors, Managers, Officers, consultants, employees, and agents, and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of this Site.
